Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Store in California is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Qualifications

• Proven retail sales experience with at least 1 year in a retail role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and ability to exceed expectations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team.
• Proficiency in operating POS systems and retail technology.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service with product inquiries, purchases, and returns.
• Maintain a clean, organized retail environment.
• Monitor inventory and assist with replenishment and merchandising.
• Train and coach on product knowledge, sales techniques, and policies.
• Handle escalated inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with management to drive business growth with sales strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
• May assist with opening/closing procedures and cash handling as Key Holder.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
