• Manage time, priorities, and maintain a sense of urgency
• Assist Store Manager with hiring, training, and development of employees
• Provide clear direction and accountability for team members
• Assist with inventory management and merchandising of new products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store
• Communicate clearly with customers, employees, and management
• Balance customer-facing duties with leadership and store operations
• Oversee store operations when Store Manager is unavailable
