Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a reliable, service‑oriented retail associate to support the store manager and help deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will assist with opening and closing, stock, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment, including Merrell products.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and a passion for our brands.

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support store management with opening/closing the store and cash handling.
• Maintain stock levels and merchandising, ensuring a clean, well-presented store.
• Deliver authentic customer service to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Help achieve sales goals and KPIs by supporting local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and inventory policies.
