Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing merchandise and transferring stock between delivery, stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, deposits and cash handling processes.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise displays to company standards.
• Protect assets and follow loss prevention procedures.
• Lead and develop store associates under the Store Manager.
