Job summary

Dickerson Petroleum, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support 24/7 convenience retail operations. You will help schedule, train, and develop about 20 associates, and ensure high standards of customer service and product quality in our store.

In the manager's absence, you will assist with all daily activities and maintain safety and efficiency. The role emphasizes mentoring staff, achieving performance targets, and ensuring on‑time delivery of service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 or more years of retail, customer service, sales, operations, and/or related experience is required.
• Management or leading other direct reports highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trains and develops associates providing appropriate support and resources as needed.
• Promotes an ethical workplace culture of recognition and appreciation based on performance expectations.
• Holds team members accountable and drives store initiatives.
• Responsible maintaining overall company standards, customer service standards and representing the company brand/image expectations.
• Reviews and approves time and attendance of associates in accordance with federal/state law and as directed.
