Job summary

Gordon Food Service in Wisconsin is seeking a Retail Team Leader (Key Holder) to mentor associates, manage opening and closing duties, and support daily store operations with a focus on customer service and inventory control.

You will supervise stocking, product rotation, cash handling, and POS operation, while ensuring store conditions and safety. The role offers growth opportunities and requires 18+ with flexible, full-time availability including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / Equivalent.
• Pass pre-employment checks including drug screen and criminal background check.
• 1-2 years of retail experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Physical ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older and available for flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Store.
• Assist in unloading merchandise and transferring stock to the floor.
• Maintain merchandise rotation and food handling standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solve with customers.
• Handle cash deposits and register cash counts.
• Help build and train the team and supervise associates as needed.
• Respond to alarm calls when required and support shifts at other stores.
