POSITION SUMMARY:

Start your career in management by joining the retail management team! As a Team Leader at Goodwill, you will assist management with the daily operations of a retail store/outlet. You will direct staff to ensure efficient store operations, mentor new employees, and teach skills necessary for a successful retail career. If you have strong leadership skills and want to challenge yourself, the Team Leader position is an excellent fit!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist the management team with daily store/outlet operations.
• Provide leadership and direction to staff, program participants, donors, and customers, ensuring production and quality goals are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

External Hiring Range: $14.95 to $15.85 per hour

Schedule: Varies; must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Travel: Local travel may be required.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of experience in management, supervision, or leading groups.
• Internal candidates with at least 6 months of experience working at Goodwill will also be considered.

Required Clearances, Licenses, and Certifications:

• Current, valid Child Abuse Clearance is expected.
