Job summary

You will assist with day-to-day activities, train associates, and ensure compliance with company standards. You will help manage inventory, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe sales floor while delivering a positive shopping experience for customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and explain operational directives.
• Retail store management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, record keeping and loss prevention.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect company assets, including store cash.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Support Store Manager in training and development of associates.
