Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Hampton, GA to support store operations, customer service, and team development.

You will assist with daily store activities, supervise associates, maintain stockrooms and sales floors, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role includes lifting up to 55 lbs, assisting with opening/closing procedures, and participating in payroll and scheduling in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Maintain stockrooms and sales floor organization and seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Help with payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
