Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development at our Eastpointe location. You will assist with day-to-day store activities, organize merchandise, train Store Associates, and ensure a clean, safe shopping environment.

The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a high-energy team, and adherence to company policies.

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, cash deposits and receipts, and loss prevention.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to policies and procedures including safety guidelines.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restocking of bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
