Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio is seeking a motivated, full-time Store Team Lead/Shift Manager for our Brook Park retail store. You will lead daily operations, support a high-performance team, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of leadership experience and a high school diploma or GED, with strong teamwork and customer service skills.
