Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience, with preference for store leadership.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs' CHARM service model.
• Lead a positive team culture and support store management.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, merchandising, and stockroom.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, and maintain store readiness.
• Stay informed on product launches and brand initiatives.
