Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. in the United States is seeking a store associate to provide consistently high standards of customer experience in line with PUMA’s values.

You will help the store reach sales, KPI and profitability goals through effective planning, service and control of expenses. You will handle merchandise flow, maintain a safe, compliant store environment, be available for non-traditional hours, and collaborate with the Store/Assistant Manager to maximize opportunities while

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service retail environment.
• Ability to reason through complex issues.
• Strong team player with excellent communication.
• Learns quickly and adapts to new systems.
• Familiar with MS Office and retail software.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience per Brand Values and service standards.
• Help store achieve/exceed sales, KPIs and profitability through planning, expense control, and service.
• Manage payroll to maintain profitability while delivering service.
• Communicate and act on merchandise opportunities with Store/ASD Manager.
• Handle and process incoming/outgoing merchandise.
• Comply with Policies, procedures, and core operational responsibilities.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working/shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
