• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives including payroll, scheduling, and cash handling; assist loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and organized stockroom; protect assets including cash.
• Assist in training and developing Store Associates; supervise as needed.
• Ensure safe, positive environment and professional interactions with customers and staff.
• Keep store clean and presentable, including bathrooms and floors; manage trash and sanitation.
