Job summary

Cotton On Dallas is seeking a part-time Key Holder to open and close the store, lead the team, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-fashion environment.

You will process sales, assist in inventory, and uphold store safety and merchandising standards while training new associates and collaborating with peers to meet goals. This role offers hourly pay and employee discounts, with opportunities for growth within the Cotton On Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail, preferably fast fashion experience.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate to drive results as a team.
• Awareness of basic Retail principles such as sales, stock and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead the store team as part of management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.
• Support loss prevention efforts and report any unusual activity.
• Engage with store teams and customers professionally and respectfully.
• Train and mentor new associates as needed.
