Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and management tasks.
• Help customers and address questions and concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Handle payroll, scheduling, cash deposits, and loss prevention tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the store and ensure presentation standards.
• Support Store Manager and develop Store Associates.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
