Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.

• Team-oriented, energetic and customer-focused with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support handling of payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits as required.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked areas and ensure safety protocols.
• Assist in loss prevention and merchandise ordering processes.
• Supervise and develop Store Associates; promote teamwork.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful store environment.
