Center Independent Oil Stores LLC is seeking a full-time Store Operations Supervisor in Pittsburgh to oversee daily store activities, supervise staff, and uphold service standards. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive budgeting, staffing, training, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience guiding and motivating a team.
• Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Ability to respond to staffing issues and emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to supervise daily operations, assignments, and team performance.
• Support recruiting, hiring, training, and ongoing development of store staff to build a high-performing team.
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and positive demeanor when interacting with employees, vendors, and customers.
• Foster a welcoming, organized, and engaging store environment to create an exceptional shopping experience.
• Assist the Store Manager with budgeting, ordering, and operational planning to meet financial goals.
• Monitor and safeguard retail assets to minimize shrinkage and protect company resources.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service across the store and guide team members to do the same.
• Ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded in line with company standards.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences.
