Job summary

Tempur Sealy is seeking a Store Team Lead to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service while representing Tempur‑Pedic brand in our Colorado store. You will supervise Retail Sales Associates, mentor staff, and partner with the Store Manager on merchandising, training, and daily operations.

Must have 1–3 years retail management experience, strong consultative selling skills, and ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years retail management experience with high-end luxury and/or custom products.
• Strong sales skills in a consultative environment.
• Ability to lead, direct, and train store staff.
• Familiarity with current retail methods and standards.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Retail Sales Associates to drive performance.
• Provide sales leadership and ensure excellent customer service.
• Support store manager with merchandising and programs.
• Identify deficiencies and resolve problems in the store.
• Coordinate with the store manager as a liaison.
