Job summary

Tempur Sealy in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Tempur-Pedic Team Lead to deliver outstanding customer service while selling Tempur-Pedic products. You will supervise a team of Retail Sales Associates and cover management duties when the Store Manager is unavailable, including opening and/or closing the store.

You will mentor staff, drive sales, ensure brand standards, merchandising, and participate in store programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years retail management experience.
• Strong sales skills in a consultative environment.
• Ability to lead, direct and train others in-store.
• Flexibility in work hours and ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of a team of Retail Sales Associates.
• Provide leadership in all areas of the sales process, including customer service and care.
• Assist the Store Manager with merchandising and company programs.
• Open and/or close the store as needed and cover management duties when required.
• Serve as liaison between the sales team and Store Manager.
