Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is looking for a Key Carrier at our Overland Park, KS location. This role alternates with the Coordinator role and requires open availability, including nights and weekends, while modeling exceptional customer service.

You will act as Manager on Duty, ensure adherence to procedures, and coach associates to meet store goals. Qualified candidates have 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• 6 months leadership experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of store systems and merchandise flow preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to coach and delegate to team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive customer experience for in-store and external customers.
• Act as Manager on Duty following company policies.
• Ensure store tasks align with the store plan and prioritize as needed.
• Coach and provide feedback to Associates and address issues.
• Monitor associate coverage to maintain service levels.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support safety, shrink reduction goals, and loyalty programs.
