Under the guidance of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, the Lead builds a strong team, coaches peers, develops talent, maintains brand standards, and fosters an inclusive, safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to support the vision of the organization and store.
• Provide direction to teammates and deliver the best service to customers.
• Assist with training teammates on procedures and programs; onboarding and cross-training.
• Identify and coach teammates, facilitate interviews and tours to build a strong team.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards and ensure brand consistency.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; maintain confidentiality.
