Job summary

Goodwill Industries of West Michigan, Inc. is seeking a Retail Team Leader to support the Roosevelt Park store. This full-time, hourly role drives daily store operations and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities include assisting store management, merchandise display, pricing, inventory, and training volunteers, while upholding GIWM policies and safety standards. Benefits include family-friendly hours and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience in retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with the execution of daily operations of a retail store, excluding personnel issues.
• General operations including acquisition, display, pricing, and adequate inventory management.
• Providing sales reports and accurate retail information on a timely basis.
• Overseeing all personnel, clients and volunteers assigned to the retail store.
• Directing training and enforcing store procedures and GIWM policies.
• Ensuring grounds and building are maintained and reporting repairs.
• Enhancing security and loss prevention.
• Ensuring OSHA/MIOSHA safety compliance.
