Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence at all levels.
• Store operations, merchandising, and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of personalized customer engagement and help achieve sales goals.
• Coach and develop associates; supervise daily store operations and floor coverage.
• Oversee stockroom activities, inventory flow, and loss prevention practices.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment aligned with brand directives.
• Support training, onboarding, and a positive, inclusive store environment.
