Qualifications

• No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in position or specialization.
• Experience operating a Point of Sale (POS) system and other in-store computer systems.
• Effective communication skills with leadership team, associates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day work of associate-level staff.
• Provide direction, training and coaching to ensure efficient store operations and proper procedures for customer experience.
• Supervise department responsibilities and oversee store profitability through receiving, replenishing and processing.
• Foster store culture through teamwork and coaching, upholding professional standards and leading by example.
• Collaborate with store leadership on policies, procedures and standards for assigned areas.
• Maintain company standards and ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards.
