Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington is seeking a Retail Supervisor for the Seattle flagship store. The role supports daily store operations, supervises retail associates, and ensures high-quality customer service at the Dearborn location.

Qualifikationen

• High school graduate or equivalent; not required.
• 2 years’ experience with retail with POS systems.
• 2 years’ customer service/retail experience.
• 1 year supervisor experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assign, guide, coach and train employees while performing the work of a Sales Associates as needed.
• Schedule and assign one or more employees to complete retail operational requirements.
• Set expectations, instruct, coach and identify training needs.
• Maintain orderly operations of the store in the absence of the Manager and Assistant.
• Resolve workplace problems by addressing issues that impact employee performance and productivity.
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided to customers and donors.
• Prepare reports by collecting, documenting and summarizing information.
• Complete projects by planning, organizing and monitoring assignments.
• Promote productivity by following up with employees on work results.
• Provide excellent internal/external customer service.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Demonstrate safe work practices and report hazards or accidents.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
