Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Norman, OK is seeking a full-time Retail Staff Assistant/Team Lead to guide a store team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales. You will mentor staff, handle memberships, and assist with travel-related services in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers incentive pay potential, a 37.5-hour week, and opportunities for growth, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years sales and customer service experience.
• Lead or supervise experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with multiple websites and programs while multitasking in retail.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead associates to enhance store performance.
• Upsell and cross-sell AAA products including memberships and services.
• Assist members with travel arrangements and related services.
• Handle overflow Roadside Assistance calls during peak periods.
• Provide backup support in cashiering, title transactions, and related services.
• Support Retail Manager to drive store success.
