Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Troy, OH is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to lead store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, coach associates, schedule staff, and ensure policy compliance while maintaining a welcoming, high‑performing team.

This role offers a base salary of $48,726–$60,000 plus a quarterly incentive, full‑time benefits, and growth opportunities within a community‑oriented organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
• 3-4+ years of business experience required.
• 1-2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Foster a sales and quality culture to achieve scorecard goals, including revenue growth, sales and quality standards.
• Cross-sell appropriate products and services during customer interactions.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store(s) under guidance of the Retail Manager and District Director.
• Oversee staff scheduling, recruitment, training, motivation and performance discussions.
• Ensure compliance with laws, company policies and internal audit requirements.
