The position requires training staff, managing inventory, and upholding loss prevention standards while representing the Clarks brand. You will report to the Store Manager and help maintain a welcoming workplace for colleagues.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the Manager on Duty for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize the store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper placement of product.
• Oversee the receipt of shipment and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on all policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Upsell to customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate.
• Represent and exemplify the Clarks Brand.
• Follow all policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Create a comfortable work environment for all colleagues.
• Physical Requirements: Standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, moving ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs
