Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Part Time Team Lead to join our retail team in New York. You will act as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is unavailable and drive daily sales through strong leadership, coaching, and exceptional customer service. You will organize merchandise, supervise shipments, and train staff to uphold brand standards.

The role emphasizes retail excellence, teamwork, and a commitment to the Clarks experience, including upselling and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and train staff.
• Availability for part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize merchandise and back stock; ensure proper product placement.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and keep a clean work environment.
• Assist in training employees on policies and procedures; provide customer service brilliance.
• Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories.
• Represent the Clarks Brand and follow loss prevention policies.
• Support a welcoming environment for colleagues; adhere to safety standards.
