Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. in West Lafayette, IN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties (standing, walking, lifting).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Open/close procedures and daily cash handling duties.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and organized stockroom.
• Train and develop Store Associates under Store Manager guidance.
