Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Lafayette, IN to support store operations, help customers, and develop team members. The role emphasizes leadership of store associates, adherence to policies, and ensuring a clean, safe, and engaging shopping environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Process corporate directives and information requests
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll and cash handling, and loss prevention
• Maintain clean and organized store areas to company standards
• Protect and secure store assets including cash
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Support Store Manager in training and development of associates
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff
• Maintain cleanliness of store including bathrooms and floors
• Other duties as assigned
