Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read and explain directives is required.
• Retail or grocery store management experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Support customers with a positive, helpful attitude and address questions.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom and floor, maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and maintain store fixtures, displays, and promotions.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, handle damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits.
• Maintain stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Protect company assets, including cash, and ensure policy compliance.
• Support Store Manager in supervising and developing Store Associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Keep store clean, restocked bathrooms, sweep/mop floors; manage trash.
