Dollar Tree in Independence, MO seeks an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, support customers, and develop the team. You will assist with inventory, merchandising, and safety procedures while ensuring excellent customer service and store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or comparable environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and activities.
• Support customers with questions and concerns in a friendly manner.
• Organize and stock merchandise, maintain seasonal displays, and transfer stock as needed.
• Open and close store procedures as required.
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention tasks.
• Train and develop Store Associates; ensure a positive work environment.
