Job summary

David’s Bridal seeks a dynamic store leader to build and retain a high-performing team, delivering five-star customer service and achieving sales plans. You will mentor Dream Makers and guests, drive performance, and maintain a positive dress-store environment focused on excellent results.

As part of the management team, you will coach, schedule, and review results, ensuring staffing goals are met and every guest experience is one of care, style, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Two-four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Leads and sustains a five-star guest experience by modeling a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Assigns shifts, reviews results, and provides feedback to manage labor and performance.
• Drives store to achieve Total Monthly Income (TMI) goals with foundational excellence and leadership.
• Ensures inventory accuracy, handling special orders, receiving, layaway, and quality standards.
