Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a dynamic leader to join our management team. You will build and retain a high-performing team, foster five-star customer service, and drive sales results across the store.

You will mentor Dream Makers and guests alike, set staffing plans, and ensure continuous coaching and development. You will oversee shifts, payroll, inventory, and guest experiences while modeling our dedicated culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher required.
• 2–4 years retail management in apparel or specialty store.
• Experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model a customer-first culture across roles.
• Manage shifts, provide feedback to maintain a five-star guest experience.
• Coach and train team to improve selling skills and performance.
• Monitor payroll and ensure hours stay within budget.
• Lead store toward monthly income goals with excellence.
• Maintain inventory, special orders, layaway, repairs and quality standards.
• Communicate daily sales goals and drive action.
• Fill open positions within 30 days.
