Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a Store Manager who will lead a high-performing team, deliver five-star customer service, and drive sales performance. You will coach staff, manage payroll within budget, oversee inventory and operations, and ensure first-quality merchandise across the store.

A dynamic, inspiring leader is sought to build a strong talent bench and maintain excellent customer experience. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least four years of retail management

Qualifications

• Four years prior retail management experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Oversee payroll to stay within monthly budget and manage timesheets.
• Monitor inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, and repairs to ensure quality standards.
• Communicate daily sales goals and drive action through teams and chats.
• Develop action plans from weekly performance discussions and customer feedback.
