Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level.
• Ability to lift, bend, reach, and move items up to 50 pounds as required on the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports full operation of the business.
• Establishes trust and fosters collaboration within store and organization to promote a fair, positive experience and inclusive culture.
• Monitors and analyzes sales data, identifies trends, and makes recommendations to enhance performance.
• Supports recruiting, interviewing, and training as needed; provides feedback to improve team performance.
