Job summary

Dollar Tree in Fountain, CO seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will help supervise daily activities, protect assets, and ensure a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.

You will assist the Store Manager in training staff, handling payroll, scheduling, and store communications, while maintaining a safe, friendly environment for customers and associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns
• Maintain areas of the store to company standards and ensure a well-stocked floor
