Clarks in Silverthorne, Colorado is seeking a Part Time Team Lead to join our store team. The role blends leadership with active selling and daily store operations.

As Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, you will drive sales, organize merchandise, supervise shipments, train staff, and uphold Clarks’ service standards. Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize the store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper placement of product.
