Job summary

Clarks is seeking a part-time Team Lead to join our store team in a retail environment. This role involves acting as Manager on Duty in the manager's absence, delivering consistent sales results, organizing merchandise, and coaching staff to uphold Clarks standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience in retail, and the ability to upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories while representing the Clarks Brand with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Deliver positive sales performance consistently.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock; ensure proper product placement.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide impeccable customer service and upsell multiple pairs and accessories.
• Exemplify the Clarks Brand in all interactions.
• Follow policies on loss prevention and shrinkage; maintain a safe store environment.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for colleagues and customers.

Some responsibilities of a Team Lead may include:

• Create a comfortable work environment for all colleagues.
• Physical Requirements: Standing for extended periods of time, frequent bending, climbing, moving of ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.
