Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated Year-round TurboTax Retail or Flagship Tax Experts to work onsite with clients seeking in-person tax services across the United States.

You will deliver comprehensive tax preparation, planning, and personalized guidance while leveraging Intuit resources to build a loyal local client base. You will collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to support full-service financial needs, serving as the central relationship owner and helping customers navigate

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience with 3+ years handling federal/state returns (1065/1120-S) for many clients.
• 3 seasons of personal tax prep experience (≥30 returns/year) in retail or tax practice.
• General bookkeeping knowledge; QuickBooks proficiency desired; willing to upskill.
• Experience with business tax returns and year-round advisory is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients, including complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to optimize deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Partner with bookkeeping, payroll, and other Intuit services to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Develop deep understanding of each client’s financial picture and deliver proactive guidance.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and marketing support.
