Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic Tax Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, serve as the primary client contact, and connect clients with related Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll. You’ll collaborate with a team of experts to deliver tax strategy, planning, and software support while building long-term client relationships and contributing to

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business tax preparation experience for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience with 30 returns per year.
• Bookkeeping knowledge with willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience preparing Business Tax returns (1065/1120-S) and providing year-round guidance.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparations for TurboTax consumer and business clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Utilize government resources, professional tools, and team expertise for accurate solutions in plain language.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' financial picture and connect them with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and marketing support, building long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping specialists as needed to ensure a seamless experience across services.
