Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States as year-round Business Tax Experts. You will perform full-service tax preparation for individuals and various business entities at on-site TurboTax stores.

You will own client relationships, offer tax strategy and planning, and collaborate with bookkeeping specialists to support comprehensive financial needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent business tax return prep (1065/1120-S) for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons personal tax prep experience; 30 returns per year in a tax practice or retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax prep for TurboTax consumer and business clients (personal and business income, deductions, amendments).
• Develop deep understanding of client financials and deliver tax strategy and tax prep services.
• Support bookkeeping/payroll as part of a team of experts.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and proactive guidance.
• Grow TurboTax client base and represent Intuit in the community.
