Job summary

Intuit Inc. in the United States is seeking a TurboTax Retail Expert to assist customers in on-site locations and deliver full-service tax preparation and advice.

You will build local relationships, grow the client base, and represent TurboTax in the community while ensuring compliant, clear tax guidance. The role is non-exempt and requires at least 20 hours per week onsite, with opportunities for additional hours during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Have a PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing retail.
• Interest in building local community presence for TurboTax.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax in the local area.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for customers.
• Grow the client base and establish long-term relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with professional service.
