Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Tailor—Alterations for our Men's Wearhouse division. You will assist customers, take in alterations requests and ensure each garment is customized to fit and look right, with focus on quality and service.

The role emphasizes tailoring expertise for menswear, good technical sewing skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Training in tailoring is preferred, and you may work across store teams to keep the alteration shop orderly and efficient.

Qualifications

• Formal tailoring training preferred.
• Experience as a menswear tailor highly preferred.
• Good technical skill in sewing and alterations.
• Knowledge of various sewing equipment and tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in all basic and advanced alterations of men's tailored clothing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers throughout the experience.
• Mark, alter, and press garments per customer requests.
• Ensure proper fit and sizing of garments.
• Answer customer questions and provide wardrobe suggestions.
• Maintain a clean, organized tailor shop and support teammates.
• Collaborate with management and other team members.
