Job summary

Alex Lee is seeking a Retail Systems QA Engineer to ensure the quality of in-store retail technology across supermarkets, fuel centers, and food service operations. This role applies rigorous testing to POS hardware/software and integrated store systems.

You will design test plans, execute manual and exploratory testing, track defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive reliable product releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, BIS, or related field or equivalent QA/retail tech experience.
• 3-5 years of software QA experience in enterprise tech environment.
• Experience testing retail applications and POS/store tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test plans, cases, and scenarios for retail apps and system upgrades.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing to validate functionality, usability, and integration points; document and track defects.
• Analyze requirements and technical docs to identify gaps and risks; collaborate to propose solutions.
• Execute regression, integration, system, and UAT testing ensuring security and production readiness.
