Job summary

P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking a skilled retail merchandising professional to execute KOMPASS schedules and store resets across designated Kroger stores.

You will manage plan-o-grams, coordinate with Ruler management, and ensure timely completion of resets and special projects with attention to stock levels and placement. The role requires 3+ years in retail grocery merchandising, strong English communication, and the ability to drive and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of retail grocery merchandising experience.
• Ability to read plan-o-grams and execute shelf layouts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Break down sections in an orderly manner to allow customers to shop other sections in that aisle.
• Re-position shelving and place product according to updated schematic.
• Clean up work area and complete forms to report section completion.
• Facilitate completion of all reset work and special projects as scheduled.
• Identify opportunities to increase Kroger Corporate Brand sales with recommendations for new items, placement, pricing, and stock issues.
• Communicate status updates to Ruler store/zone/division management.
• Provide support to P.L. Marketing and Ruler division personnel as needed.
• Represent P.L. Marketing professionally to Ruler management.
• Gain expertise in product placement, surge/temporary staff, facilities management and supply-chain/stocking.
• Adhere to clocking in/out and safety guidelines.
