Job summary

P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking a retail merchandising specialist to drive successful execution of KOMPASS schedules and store resets in Kroger-related locations. You will prepare plan-o-grams, tag new items and reposition shelves according to updated schematics, ensuring efficient shopping layouts.

The role requires 3+ years of grocery merchandising, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel overnight as needed. You will support sales growth and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a High School diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of retail grocery merchandising experience preferred.
• Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking.
• Able to operate as an insurable driver.
• Must be able to lift 50–70 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute KOMPASS schedules and store resets in designated stores.
• Prepare plan-o-grams, new item tags and set shelves per updated schematics.
• Re-position shelving to allow customers to shop other sections.
• Complete resets and special projects on schedule.
• Report completion to Ruler and supervisors; provide status updates.
• Identify opportunities to increase Kroger Corporate Brand sales.
• Communicate with store/zone/division management regularly.
