Job summary

P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking a team member to execute plan-o-gram updates in Kroger store environments on a scheduled weekly basis. You will read plan-o-grams, reposition shelving, and prepare sections to help customers shop efficiently.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and the ability to lift up to 50–70 lbs. A smartphone with data access is required, and you may need to install an app and provide a tape measure and safety gloves.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
• Smartphone with internet/data access required; app usage and permissions may be needed.
• Must provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and new item products; prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Break down sections to allow customers to shop other aisles.
• Re-position shelving and place product according to updated schematic.
• Clean up work area; complete forms and report completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with little supervision; be professional with customers.
• Maintain good relationships with store management and staff.
• Comply with KOMPASS guidelines on timeliness, productivity, teamwork, and clocking in/out.
• Practice safe lifting and handle periods of reduced hours with additional store support.
